Photography is my lifelong passion. The challenge of connecting with a subject and showing that through timing and creative interpretation never grows old for me. I love the craft of carefully planning a shot to balance subject, lighting, composition, and focal point. Sometimes though, something appears in the picture outside of my control, and adds a surprising touch of grace. There is a sky photo in my collection that is made much better by a hawk soaring up as if to meet the moon. Little did I know- that hawk was in the frame when I made that picture. I also enjoy post processing to polish work brought home from the field. I strive to bring you creativity, quality, and inspiration.
